5. Account Registration and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, DreamBridge grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, record, screen-record, photograph, screenshot, download, distribute, publish, livestream, display, transmit, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any course content, live-session content, community content, or other materials made available through the Services, except where DreamBridge expressly permits it in writing;
• Share course materials, community content, recordings, or access with any person;
• Upload, submit, input, or use any part of the Services or course content in connection with artificial intelligence tools, machine-learning systems, datasets, automated transcription services, or similar technologies, except where DreamBridge expressly permits it in writing;
• Use our content to create, sell, teach, market, or support a competing course, program, product, or service;
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund where we reasonably believe that you have violated this section.

9. Community Spaces and Confidentiality

Some Services may include private community spaces, groups, live sessions, comments, or member interactions.

You understand that information you choose to share may be viewed by other participants. You are responsible for what you post and share.

You agree not to:

• Share, record, screenshot, reproduce, distribute, or disclose another participant’s name, image, story, message, personal information, or content outside the relevant community space;
• Harass, shame, threaten, discriminate against, intimidate, pressure, or exploit another participant;
• Post content that is unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate for a respectful educational community;
• Promote unsolicited products, services, coaching, solicitations, or links;
• Provide medical, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice while presenting yourself as qualified when you are not.

DreamBridge may moderate, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to community spaces where we reasonably believe that conduct violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the safety, privacy, or wellbeing of other users.

We cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. Do not share information you would not want another person to know.

10. User Content

You may submit comments, messages, feedback, reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, or other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant DreamBridge a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and use that User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, and improve the Services.

We will request separate permission before using your name, image, testimonial, personal story, or other identifying User Content for public marketing or promotional purposes, except where required by law or where you have separately and clearly authorized such use.

You represent that you have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DreamBridge and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, relationships, or personal outcomes arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DreamBridge’s total liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to DreamBridge for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamBridge and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your misuse of the Services;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of another person’s rights or applicable law.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, threaten the safety or privacy of others, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required by law.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property restrictions, confidentiality obligations, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
